You’re right, I didn’t zoom in on the pictures! That is a large comb and wattles for 12 weeks. For comparison, here’s a pic of a 12 week old boy I have right now. He’s already crowing. (Btw he is 3/4 silkie so not as typey as your baby but still looks similar to a silkie) His comb and wattles look to be a similar size as your 12 week old.With that amount of comb and wattle development at 3 months, it's a cockerel in my opinion.
