Is this Speckled Sussex a rooster? What about this Leghorn?

I think the Speckled is a roo but I'm holding out hope that he COULD be a hen!! He/she hasn't laid an egg or crowed (about 16 weeks old now). What are the chances that it won't crow?

The SS is a Rooster. You can see his saddle feathers. The Leghorn I'm not sure, I have never raised any of those.

The speckled sussex is definitely a roo. I would take him in a heartbeat if you were anywhere close to SW Arkansas.
I'm leaning towards pullet on the leghorn, but a better (closer) pic would help.

The SS is definitely a roo and I could use an extra one if you were any where near close to me, I am in South Ga. The leghorns is a pullet for sure though.
