Is this the beginning of bumble foot?

I noticed this evening that one of my pullets has a yellow spot on her foot that appears slightly swollen. Does this look like the beginnings of a bumble foot infection or something else?

And if it is, what are my next steps?

Note: she’s walking normally and not limping. Sand bedding in the run with occasional access to wood chipped garden.

Looks like discoloration.

If she's walking normally and the foot doesn't seem to bother her, I'd just keep an eye on it for any changes.
