Is this the beginning of spurs?

We got some chicks at a local feed store crossing our fingers that they were hens. This one is supposed to be a brown leghorn. it's the most aggressive and flies at the others. Today I noticed these spots on the feet. Could this be spurs starting to grow?

Many hens have spurs as well as roosters, especially in the Mediterranean breeds, of which Leghorn is one.
Spur bumps often don't grow into spurs for hens, but they can.
To determine gender, we'll need a full body shot.
