Is this Wyandotte rooster a blue black splash?

I got this handsome rooster from a breeder in another state and I’ve lost his phone number. I know he’s a Wyandotte, he was the last Wyandotte the gentleman had. I don’t remember for sure the color. I’m thinking blue black splash. Is that right?

I'm not sure if it's just the way the pictures look but in some of them his feet look very red like there's an infection.
