ISA Brown gender?

So, I had a bad experience at the farm.. Despite the email telling me that I could exchange the cockerel, they tell me it's too young to know yet and treated me like I know nothing! I felt like absolute crap because of them and left in tears. They lied to me and told me that they sold all their chicks when they hadn't and told me to wait until the crow. So I took them back home, contacted the farmer there who is a mutual friend and she said they have 3 chicks left. So I think I'll keep the two brown ones and get another one that looks like my pullet. I'd rather them be with me than there..
That way if the two production reds end up being Roos I'll still have two pullets! Do you think introducing a single new chick would be ok?

Oh and the farm will be getting a massive complaint from me for degrading me and treating me poorly

It depends on how old and large the chick you're introducing is. If they are about the same age and size, you can do so but even then you need to do so carefully using the "look but don't touch" method. There is a good article at https://poultrykeeper.com/general-chickens/introducing-new-chickens/ on how to do it.

Gingerhams look to be an Aussie equivalent of our production Red. Wagner hatchery in Australia markets them as brown layers of brown eggs.
