Something to know is that even if it came from a male and female isa, it isn't a isa.

He is very pretty. IMHO try re-homing him first or giving him to a Rooster Rescue. Roosters are not evil, they're just not what you want or need in your flock. Again, my opinion, others may disagree.

He's fairly good natured and I would be totally fine keeping him if it weren't for the neighborhood rules. He is a very beautiful bird. I'll look into Rooster Rescue, thank you!

On another thread couple weeks ago, someone posted a link to Rooster Rescues, not sure where. I wish I had copied the link. But maybe Search on Rooster Rescue on this site, and if you don't find anything, try a Google or Bing search.
