Isabel Ameraucana hatching eggs

I'd lower it if I were you.
I always run my bator dry and I have excellent hatch rates.

Is your humidity gauge separately purchased from your bator?
Is it salt tested?

Your other hatches that didn't go so well... Did you open the eggs after the 21 days?
I use the built in on the incubator. It's not salt tested. The first batch of eggs I placed in the incubator on their side with the egg turner left on (didn't do my homework obviously lol). That was a bummer. The second set I placed them on their side but the egg turner was off for 4 days. The third batch i had a horrible time with humidity levels... a bunch developed but possibly drowned? I broke open a few of them and they looked perfect but didn't make it. One even pipped but died in the shell.

I got some older hens from Eight Acres. She's a really nice lady.
I have a Black Am roo to breed them to and black is dominant over wheaten. So I just planned on making Lav with them since their feathers are so free of any shredding.
Today so far 1 Lav has hatched, which must mean the roo is split to Lav, cool!
What I'm wondering and should probably go research is if the wheaten base can be brought back out in subsequent generations?

The only one I know of is the one they mentioned, Eight Acre Farms in Florida near Gainesville. Beautiful birds! I’ve got one girl and she’s sweet as could be but goes broody all the time. LoL All the rest were boys.
