I will be hatching again around that time. I might have them by the doz at reg prices.

They are all isabel chicks. They're not splits.
That is so interesting... because they look like a darker version with less dilution from the lavender gene....I was just looking at pictures of the ones I got from you in March: Probably it is the angle and the lighting.

The cream parts of these chicks shows up more in the pictures -- and the angles are more side-on. It will be so interesting too so see how this hatch will grow up for you! Please post a lot of updates.

Three samples from yesterday's hatch. Thoughts?

They are ALL Isabelle? That one in the middle on the right is SUPER DARK! Nice chipmunk markings on them all! I would tag that one in the middle and see what it looks like in a few months. If it is a cockerel might have some really good color in the right places.

The bottom chick is what I typically hatch. I will band the other two so we can watch them grow out. I'm especially curious about the one in the middle. The down color is so saturated on that one.

If they are the same three chicks -- with close-up/head view on the left and full body view on the right -- I think I the bottom chick is the one that resonates with me. -- agreed that the middle chick -- if male may show that distinct darker tail plumage and contrast.

Three chicks, the head shot on the left is the same chick as the back shot on the right.
