It looks like left over egg material and not the intestines. Let it rest in the incubator till that blob shrinks then transfer to your brooder.

The blob should fall off. I hatched chickens and some were born with it but it dried up and fall off and they were grand.

Its just part of the egg it will dry and fall off its def not intestines ive hatched a gosling before that had intestines hanging out wasnt pretty

Is this yolk that hasn’t absorbed or part of the sac?

I have had dozens of chicks hatch like this. Leave it alone. It looks like all the cording that keeps the chick attached to the egg. It might also be the droppings that the chick left inside the egg during the hatching process.
Most likely that stuff will dry up and as the gosling starts moving around it will probably fall off.

I agree. Just cording and some not important stuff. It will dry and fall off. The gosling should be fine.
