I would have to disagree with them. This looks like a bill. Anyway to get some more pictures. Maybe to make things a bit clearer?

Poor little thing. It sure is taking a long time to hatch.

My understanding from browsing the forums is that waterfowl take a longer time to fully hatch than chickens, like 24 hours from external pip to full hatch sort of long. I personally keep quail, though, which hatch super fast (like less than an hour from pip to finish), so I'd go with more experienced waterfowl keepers.

Is this yolk that hasn’t absorbed or part of the sac?
