Issue with Neighbor's Dog - Mostly Venting

Call A/C every time that dog goes on your property and I would pick up a surveilance cam or the gamecam to provide A/C proof of your problem. You should not have to put up more fencing etc. This needs to become HIS problem and the only ones who can do that are A/C. When they start fining him or his dog is deemed dangerous then he'll change his tune.

Electric wire - low lying- will definitely do the trick!!! speaking from experience- my neighbors have 3-4 bull terrier / hunting breed mixes and my own dogs- they all wont go near an electric wire even if they were only zapped once. in fact my dogs will stay 5 feet from it and bark at it whether its live or not.
