Issues uploading photos.

Does the same EXACT image and same EXACT process sometimes work and sometimes not?

I have been able to get the same photo to load later that previously did not.

Hah, I've been having trouble with mainly;

Copying and pasting in images, regardless of original file type
Larger pictures, both in pixels and file size

I've had no trouble so far with using the "Insert image" function by clicking on the mountain, selecting a file and uploading it, but I use that less frequently.

Images will copy and paste nicely while using the Edit Post function, to the point that every time I have edited a post with a broken image and simply pasted it in again it worked after, but DOES NOT work reliably when replying.

But... That sucks because it sounds like some people having the opposite problem.

I just tried to load a screenshot in the Staff section, I attempted 4 times, (I checked the Preview before posting) I then loaded it to my media gallery and it attached with ease to the post. Why would it matter going in from my gallery having just put it in verses trying to load it from the mountain icon? I loaded into my media fast and easy.

@Nifty-Chicken or @CarpCharacin, can probably answer this best, but I suspect that they way they are uploaded is different in some way.
