@DuckLady is INCREDIBLY responsive and great at assisting people. It's possible your emails aren't coming through, so yes, please try sending her a PM conversation since those don't have to leave BYC and travel through the interwebs to get to her.
Sounds good and thank you. Hopefully it was just a glitch with the email system. I'll go ahead and delete this now.
