Solved Issues with store order not being sent

This is my 2nd thread addressing this. The last one was deleted and I was told to send an email via the store, to which I've done twice. Still have not actually received any form of an answer, and fell like I'm just getting blown off. Who can I directly speak with to resolve my issue?

@DuckLady is INCREDIBLY responsive and great at assisting people. It's possible your emails aren't coming through, so yes, please try sending her a PM conversation since those don't have to leave BYC and travel through the interwebs to get to her.

Sounds good and thank you. Hopefully it was just a glitch with the email system. I'll go ahead and delete this now.
