it’s day 28 of hatching my mallard duck eggs but no movement or internal pipping. what do i do?

so i have been incubating mallard duck eggs. Out of about 20 eggs only two hatched successfully. three should be hatching any day now, but I see no movement or internal PIP. Is it dead?

there is very little movement in one of them. when should i poke the whole liek the article said? it’s exactly day 28. should i wait a little longer?
