It is so hard not to get excited. I lost mine until Annabelle squatted now it is back.

Oh no hopefully they aren't on strike till then. Annabelle likes to tease me so it could be another month. Loltoo many emotions in this one post I didn't know what one to use.

Hahahaha our girls are all just crazy.

You see what they do to me??? (Yes I totally moved the fake eggs from the top and added them into the bottom nests to be like HEY LOOK SOMEONE IS LAYING EGGS...!)

Gosh they are so teeny and precious!!! I bet when they lay their little eggs they will look fake of how cute they are!!!!!

That's good preparation! How old are your girls? How many/what breeds in your flock? Do you have any pics of them you'd want to share?

I have 5 RIRs. They are 17 weeks. Only one really has much of a comb, at this point. It seems to be getting "redder". I'll have to take new pictures. It's been a couple of weeks.

I've heard that RIR's are wonderful layers! I have one RIR x SLW... and once she started, she was laying almost everyday! I bet they will start in the next couple of weeks. Excited to see pics of your flock
