For the last few week, on one of my chickens, Soy, I noticed she had a few small spots on her comb. At first, I though it was fowl pox, then I saw that they were flat and seemed to be part of her skin. Now I don't think its pox. It could be mites, but my other chicken Honey doesn't have them.
Whats going on?

Also, I noticed that both of my chickens yawn about 2 a day each. Does that have anything to do with it?

Thanks guys!

I can't see anything because your picture will not enlarge. If possible repost it in larger format.

I've had mites and never seen them on a comb, under wings and by the butt.
I have seen a few very small dark scabs?on my hens I think it's mild frostbite ...

Thanks guys on your answers.
Sorry about the bad quality, I took the photo from the mac and the chicken would just not stop moving!
Hopefully it isn't mites, but I don't think it's frostbite it's been fairly warm around.

Definitely not frostbite, it wouldn't be scattered around like that and would start at the tips...

To see if it's mites, take a wet/damp paper towel and rub the comb firmly with it... if paper towel comes back with red/rusty/blackish red smears, then it's most likely mites...
