Today is the first day of this hatch, I have several days ahead of me! I haven't had any pips yet, and haven't seen much movement out of the eggs. But the worst part is that we live on the mountain, so there is one way in and one way out, well there was a fatality accident (I don't believe I know anybody involved) on our one highway out, so I am stuck at home being nervous, anxious and excited all at the same time. I like to be able to go to work and come home and have made lots of progress as opposed to sitting here watching paint dry. I should be having polish, silkies and cochins hatch between now and thursday, then next week we are expecting crested ducks and muscovies! I can't wait to see them!
