We had a few hours of snow here in Aiken, too.
All melted quickly when the snow turned to rain and now it's just wet and chilly (36 degrees) --- really unpleasant.

I don't know when the snow stopped falling last night, but it's already melted around here -- the low was only supposed to 34, so hopefully there isn't any ice anywhere.

It went all around us but never hit us. We've had rain all night.

I sat on the porch with a cup of hot coco and watched it snow yesterday afternoon.
Then later last night I got the news that a dear friend had been killed in a one car accident. He was on his way to Bible study and slid into a tree, he was killed instantly.
I spent the evening at the ER and then at my friends home.....it was a very messy ugly night.
Sorry, but I just wanted to share. I love the snow and we do not get much here.
This was a sad snow for us.
