OMG!!!! Our EE laid her first egg on Saturday and she looks just like yours and the egg appears to be the same color. We have gotten 2 more from her, although today it appeared to a little bit more green in color than blue. How funny!!!!!!!

I have one green egg laying EE. Something I've noticed about her eggs... they are easy to peel when boiled... and it doesn't matter how fresh they are, the shell slips right off of her eggs. Wonder why...
