Welcome to the thread! We had a bumper crop too and I'm looking forward to making that also!I love soup, most often I just make whatever I have soup, I am vegetarian so lots of veggies. Some of my favorites though:
Green chili corn chowder ( made last night and no leftovers)
White bean with mustard greens
We had a bumper crop of tomatoes this year so looking forward to trying to made some roasted tomato and basil!
