Creamy potato soup..
1 bag of gold potatoes
1-2 onions chopped, not to small
2 celery
2 carrots
1 tbsp pink Himalayan salt
1 tbs fresh ground pepper
boil for 20+ minuyes depending on how small you cut the potatoes
I do quarter size, slightly mash
add these items below after the soup has cooled;
1/2 cup organic heavy whipping cream
4 cloves of fresh minced garlic...
we grow cuban oregano & I’itois onions we had about a handful
Then sprinkle your favorite cheese on top View attachment 2395901
