Out here in the Adirondacks it’s cold too 20’s this morning and 40’s this afternoon. Definitely felling like soup weather. Went grocery shopping today and got the ingredients to make the borsch for dinner tomorrow.

I did take 1 cup half and half, tbsp of cornstarch brought the soup to boil added that returned to boil then set it on low.
