Oh, I'm sorry!!! That's so sad!!! But I'm glad the other ones are doing well! I can't wait to see the pictures of them!!! Are you guys going to end up getting another shipment to replace the other ones? Aw, I bet they are SO cute!!!!

So sorry about that. I received my today either. They all arrived alive, healthy and active. Hatch Day was Tuesday. Today is friday. Thats a long time for them without water. Is is maybe very hot where you live?

I am very happy with cackle hatchery. They all seem very healthy and ate a whole egg already

I'm happy with them too. I believe somebody (not a Cackle employee) shook the box or something. They have great customer service and sent 5 extra chicks. I'm getting a full refund (around $40!) So I'll order 3 ducks from them soon. Their birds seem great quality healthy (except the dead ones of course) Petra, I'm glad to hear about your chicks!
