She also doesnt lay brown eggs, her eggs are an off-white color.

I would say Leghorn.

She's not a leghorn. Yes, leghorns come in that color, but so do lots of breeds. Yes, leghorns have white earlobes, but they're usually a lot larger. And again, so do other breeds. That body shape is what sets her apart, her shape is not right for a leghorn (or welsummer). You need one of the good bantam folks to say what she is--those saying dutch are probably right.
