Kathy, I see you have quite the flag collection in the back there..... May I ask the significance of the flags??

We have one from my father's grave, one from my uncle's grave, one that flew on my husband's battle ship, and one given to me by the family of a fallen soldier that I had done some favors for. It is precious but I honestly could not tell you one was more rpecious than the others.

We were at the American Legion Hall (Missouri Valley, Iowa). They have the donated flags from funerals of veterans there.

Great family, nice new hair do. "Til death do us part". That's what my wife and I bought into 46 years ago. When did that change for so many? And why?

What a lovely family! Speaking of years between kids...I have a 20 year span. I have adult children...and 20 years later...SURPRISE! We were surprised, and delighted but decided we didn't want the last one to be a "lonely-only" and so made the decision to have a playmate for him. Worst decision of my life (just kidding). My adult kids are girls. My little ones are boys. Myyyy! Night and day difference. I think those last two are going to run me ragged!
