I've had enough, I'm taking my neighbor's dog to the pound- update

In California, the Agricultural code allows you to shoot any domestic animal that is even just "harassing" your livestock.

One of the few good things about living in California:)

I wish you had too. He needs a good, stable home, and some attention. If I catch him here again, he's yours.

glassparman, don't think I didn't want to for a few minutes last night. He's not a bad dog though, and I really think he could thrive in the right environment. Now if he'd actually hurt one of my animals, we'd be having a very different conversation right now.

I hate little dogs. They are mean, aggressive and the owners think their turds dont stink.

If your going to get a dog, get a dog !!

Little dogs are what their owner make them, just as are big dogs. My little dogs are not mean, aggressive and their turds DO stink.

Ditto! My Poms (and Peke) behave better than our male Pit Mix 99.9% of the time. All 7 of our dogs are great, but the Poms are dogs too. and just like she said, they DO stink, lol!

Small dog owners seem to think since they are small, they cannot do damage and don't bother training them.. Then the dog suffers.

On the subject of small dogs, as someone said they are "tenacious"... many have been bred specifically to have that type of personality as they were originally used for hunting small animals. It's something most small dog owners have forgotten, unfortunately. Yes, they are ever so cute (I have a min-pin) but they sometimes need a firmer hand than a large dog! Mine has been sent to what I like to call "doggy boot camp" for an eight week long stretch ... TWICE.
