I think you know the answer; of course it would sell. But you're never going to get the entire chicken world on board with anything - that's just not a realistic goal. Instead, focus on a niche. Don't market in general to chicken owners; a majority of them have no use of this. However! Marketing towards urban/suburban chicken keepers as well as perhaps using a portion of profits towards advocating for chicken ownership (educating HOAs, advocating changing laws, proving this product works and roosters are no more bothersome than hens), and I think you've got a winner if it works.
