I put ivermectin pour over on my flock last week.

I know that there is a 14 day egg withdrawal period. As it's a tropical solution, I'm wondering how harmful the eggs are to the birds. 2 of my hens ate an egg today.

Ivermectin, including pour on, stays in the chickens system for about 30 days. When you feed eggs back to your chickens, it's possible to extend the withdrawal period.
Ivermectin isnt a very effective wormer for chickens anyway. Benzimidazoles are your best choice as wormers. They are flushed out of the chickens systems quickly with less withdrawal times.
