Ivermectin for both scaley leg mites and deworming

There is so many different ways to treat scaley leg mites. I am wanted to use ivermectin. Would I be able to also use a drop on back of neck at the same time to deworm? Would you put a drop on each leg and then one on the neck to take care of both issues? Also have you ever used the ivermectin injectable (then use a dropper) instead of the pouron version for cattle? I am being told its the same thing? Any suggestion you have would be appreciated.

Ivermectin has become not as affective for worming. I'm not sure pour on will be affective internal.
