Ivermectin - how to use for worms and mites/lice

I've heard lots of good things about ivermectin. Can anyone give me directions for use on hens for worms & lice/mite control?

What type is it.. injectable or drench??

For the drench i use a 1/2 cc on the back of the neck for mites etc..

It`s true that Ivermectin works very well, but there are drawbacks. You can`t eat the eggs for at least 3 weeks and you can`t eat the birds either for that long..........Pop

What can be used for deworming and for mites/lice that is safe for eggs to be eaten?
