Ivermectin Pour-on: How long for results?

Thank you Dawg, I had been to a poultry club meeting and it was discussed that using products off label use can open you up to a law suit if there are any trace amounts in the egg to the consumer. Now that sorta bothered me as travelers to over seas countries are often given Ivermectin to prevent parasites. So needless to say, I just wondered what the Ivermectin controversy could be, especially the pour on.

Coldweatherbirds- WHERE did you get your pour on ivermec??? and how much did it cost?

I am in Central Maine also but when I ask the Tractor Supply or Paris Farmer's Union employees they just point me to the dusting powder....

Also, someone just mentioned Adams Shampoo...where can I get that? would Zodiac shampoo for dogs/cats/puppies/kittens work?? I have some of that onhand already...

at tsc, look in the area for cattle medicines- its a blue bottle- they should have the adams in the dog section- the shampoo you have should work, i have even used dawn dish soap in a pinch- the powder is ok, but getting it in all the feathers can be a challenge!
