Yes, it is safe to incubate the eggs. As a matter of fact you can do it the day after treatment. It will not affect the hatching eggs.

Awesome! Thank you!

In theory the chicks should be fine. Ivermectin is not supposed to biomagnify except in extreme cases of injection. (IE predator eats injected or poured on animal before the medicine has time to absorb.) That being said the gov't always errs on the side of caution for food safety. So if the milk/eggs are safe to eat in two weeks, it is likely that there is no detectable ivermectin in the milk/eggs for at least 10 days before that.

Neeleys~ I might be hesitant to hatch eggs from the day after ivermectin application, but if you dosed your flock nearly 2 weeks ago, I don't think that you have anything to worry about.

I can't see why it would have an affect. We use it on pregnant horses, cows, goats, pigs, etc.... And even in the heartworm for dogs when they are pregnant.

I was told by a vet it is the safest wormer to use on pregnant livestock. We haven't had any issues to date.

I read on a pigeon website (Foy's, I think) that there can be fertility issues for a while after Ivomec is used. But that was with pigeons, so I'm not sure if it would be the same with chickens.
