Try letting her stand in the water long enough to soften the crud, then gently remove it. That and trimming her nails should make her more comfortable.

I’m only home to put Vaseline on her two days out of the week
Your putting Vaseline on 2 days a week? She will eat and drink but I had to take her over to the water so she would get something. She seemed very thirsty (bc she won’t walk)
Our neighbor has cows and I’m pretty sure he’s got some ivomec. Can I use that?Your putting Vaseline on 2 days a week?
What do the bottom of her feet look like?
Yes, I can see that the right foot is likely painful. It's got a small split in the skin.
I'd treat for SLM with the Pour On, but then apply vaseline or Nustock to the legs and feet.
Keep her on clean dry bedding with her own food/water so she can access them.
No Rooster chasing her about.

They need to soak for at least an hour or it's not soft enough. We did something like that yesterday but nothing really wanted to come off. I may not have been doing it right but I didn’t want to hurt her
