Ivormectin and Lice

Do I understand this correctly? Ivormectin 1% Injectable CANNOT be placed on the back of the neck to treat lice...it has to be the Ivormectin 5% pour on??? Anyone???

You are correct. However, ivermectin of ANY kind wont kill lice on chickens, only mites. I recommend that use use sevin dust to kill the lice, dust their coop and redust everything in 10 days.​

Lice in chickens do NOT suck blood, only mites suck blood from chickens: Please read these links.
