Had to bring Jack our Blue Slate to the vets. The winter was tough and didn't do much walking around so his nails had grown quite long. We did manage to trim them but thought one was growing into his foot. Packed him up into his crate and off we went. I was amazed how calm he was. The vet tech sat on the floor and turkey hugged him to her chest and the vet was able to trip his toes short and pummel his beak. He is loving his pedicure and is finally up walking. I love this guy and I think he loves turkey hugs. Just sayin.
