Having trouble identifying. Probably around 4 months old. Yes, it’s wearing T Rex arms.

Haha, what a cutie. I love the little arms. I imagine they are too young to sex from images but my personal guess if it were my bird would be a Tom. The larger caruncle growth at this age and fairly bald head are usually early indicators for me, along with some of the more intense wrinkling that's already shown up. You can always be surprised though. I know there's a way to sex by feathers at a certain age but I am not good with that myself lol.
