Jalapenos?

Jalapeno peppers are ok to feed to ur chickens, and healthy for them to. If u dice them up they will eat them just fine. Try mixing them with other diced veggies. Some will eat them, and some dont. Some chickens are just more picky then others.

I've given my flock leftover Jalapenos many times...sometimes I throw them in the food processor to make them a bit easier to eat.

While chickens can't taste the stuff that makes hot peppers hot, the squirrels that often raid my flocks snacks sure can, so I don't mind dosing the treats with hot pepper from time to time!

Definitely need to just try it and see if your chickens will eat them. I found out mine liked tabasco peppers also, by accident. They gobbled one up on the ground and gave them more and they took those too. The jalapenos may be bigger and they won't peck at it right away to break it up, but if it is given to them in smaller form, they'll probably take it more easily.
