This sounds like fun! I am going to attempt some Gooseberry Jam. If that fails (it shouldn't!), I will send a jar of last fall's Hot Pepper Jelly. If you have never tried it, It is EXCELLENT with crackers and cream cheese. A lot of people use it as a sauce for meat, too. And no, it isn't as hot as it sounds!
