Jan. 2022 Hatch-a-long

My Bielefelder hatching eggs (7) from Omega Hills arrived today, a few days earlier than expected! They were packed expertly and all look very good. They’re currently resting and waiting for my NYE hatch-along eggs to hurry up and hatch so I can clean and reset the incubator. I’ll probably toss a couple of eggs from my Ameraucana/Rock cross pullet as well - my incubator holds 9 eggs, and I might as well fill it up, right?

The same as First page on this thread, but decided to pop in one BCM for color. I also took out one NN. I am hatching these because some are related to my avatar, which I lost yesterday. Since I don't have a rooster anymore, this is the end of the fertility window

I had one that was a blood ring, I had hoped it would be a regular egg, but it was a blood ring egg I had to pull. for my Jan.11 eggs.

New years hatch has begun...

Day 20 more or less... and 2 pips so far.

Would be nice if they hatched when the sun comes up instead of making noise at 2:30 am.

5 chicks hatched
#5 is a blue one, I thought I would get more blue chicks...

#6 is almost there...

6 more have a pip, and waiting on just 3 to do something...

OMG! They are so cute. I wish I could have more. I would love to use my incubator.
