Thanks everyone. We only had her since December but we really liked her (even if her opinion of us was sketchy and mainly based on what treats we had with us at the time

).

I'm very sorry Janet has died.

When they seem as if they are getting better, they almost always nose dive.

Why is that? I've had that happen to several pets!!

I like to think that the last bit is to comfort us and thank us for loveing them.

They can't say goodbye like we do, I think this is there way.

It's still heart breaking though.

oh, i'm so sorry about your loss of janet. it must be devestating. i almost lost one of my ducks and i was sick to my stomach for hours, and he was fine. i hope the baby turns out to be hers, that would be very nice. i'm so sorry you lost her.
