Hi I just bought a used janoel 12. It doesn't look like the auto Turner is working? Does anyone else use this incubator who can help me .

It will. It turns very slowly. Put an x on one side of your egg and an o on the opposite side. Put them x side up. Then check in a few hours and it will be turned. Good luck!

Just take out the black tray. Why do you want to turn it off though? I would never reccomend doing that. Even if they're shipped.

I was always told not to turn them first 24 hrs they go in incubator?
