It’s a little late to get a different incubator. Explain ice water calibration.

You fill a glass with crushed ice (almost to the top but not quite) and then pour in a little bit of cold water. Put your thermometer in a sandwich bag if it's digital, squeeze out all the air, and put it down in the glass. Then leave it for 20 minutes or so. It should read 32 degrees Fahrenheit. If it doesn't, it's wrong.
