Interesting about the BLRW. I have 11 in the incubator which got VERY chilled in transit, so I don't hold out much hope for them. I have yet to have one hatch, either. The last batch of BLRW the only one that hatched was the inadvertent mix. Come to think of it, I have yet to have a purebred hatch... It seems only the crossbreeds have ever made it out of the shell at my altitude (5200 ft)

I'm pretty much decided that mutts do best. These EE crosses are KILLING it. I thought it was a fluke the first time, given my hatching history (all pures).. But now I wonder.Funny thing, one of my best hatches all the eggs came from GA.... they were sex-links, though.
