Still waiting on mine to hatch. Out of 15 1 pipped this morning at 8, zipped a bit in a circle then quit.....4 more pipped at 5 o clock but nothing more yet. Humidity at 81 and temp 99.5, both air vent open on the hovabator, come on chicks.......;)

Darling duckling there, domesticzoo!

Head count in the hatchubator this morning is 16 with 6 pips. I could hear them before I got to the guest room as a couple of them were banging about. How something so tiny and light could make such a thumping on Styrofoam is beyond me. And whodathunk that my best hatch in years would be from Trader Joe's supermarket eggs?

Very economical too! Congrats, can't wait to see them break out!

So, I said to my BF last night...we don't have any real small babies anymore. Our youngest chicks are 6 weeks old. But, this should be the last week if that! Hatch all next week!

Beautiful Domestic! Congrats!

Haus...I hope you had some more action overnight. Do you always keep your humidity that high for hatch?

Its my first hatch and that seems the be the humidity % that its stable during lockdown for us?

Day 22 update, 4 chicks hatched early morning and 7 more have pipped. Guess these guys needed longer to cook.
