I will show picks of my coop, (it is a gray day so hard to make things look charming!) I will not have all my birds pictured, it is a chalet with 2 covered porches, the main building someone else made, and I filled in the porches, looks bad, works goodView attachment 1230896 View attachment 1230899This is a filled in sun porch, I use it to store feed, and there are a couple nest boxes, birds in the main building. more to come.View attachment 1230900 The turkey is a girl named Jerry, The buff is a BO "Buffy" The Cuckoo Maran is "Bette", Next to her is Mauve a blue Isbar, then Bebopalula mix, and Blue bell LO and cochin mix.

Here is what I have so far I know it’s off the hatching topic sorta but I do it when I need to calm down and not think about chickens for a hot second especially helping with incubating. Anyone else have any hobbies they like to do other than hovering over the incubator?:lau

Sooooooooo can I just say "YAY GOD for the Genesis Hovabator" ..... it arrived yesterday, I plugged it in today and it has stable temps within 10mins (I kid you not). Stable temp all day, I have just transferred everything over from the 1602N to the Genesis, so let's pray it all works. Candled everything - 20 viable and 5 iffy (very porous eggs and at day 6 not easy to identify if I'm seeing an air sac, veining or what) which I have left in until day 14. Sooooooooo just so so so so so excited about my BCM's and my 2nd Gen Olive Eggers - Hope I have a lot of "pink" hatching :wee

Back to watching and waiting :pop
