Do you use the standard humidity range for hatching or do you "dry hatch"? with that many babies you have to give us newbies some tips

Originally I only had one running,but I got the watering system and all together for the second one which is going to be basically strictly for Quail and the other for chickens and turkeys.I also have a repti pro for my Button eggs,but they are on strike right now.So all the ones up till now hatched were out of one bator. I keep the humidity right at 55% (which is basically ur mid point between setting and hatching) Everytime u go into the bator it sucks the humidity,which is where my lil spray bottle comes in.After I pull all the chicks I need to or drop my pan or candle (whatever I'm doing at the time) I make a good spray over the eggs and close it up to make sure the humidity pulls back up quick to keep them from drying too much. Yes I do sell some babies,but usually I hold on to them for 6-9 mos to choose what I'm going to keep.
