Meet Angelina, a rescue hen from a farm I worked at. I have tried for the longest time to figure out what she is crossed with. I know she is part Japanese Bantam as she has the coloring and short legs but I’m at a loss for what she is mixed with.
She has yellow legs, single comb, earlobes have some white in them, clean legs, and 4 toes. She is on the larger side for a Bantam but not as big as my Silkie x large fowl pullets. She hasn’t laid an egg in the 7 months that I’ve had her.
Is she maybe just hatchery quality?

She's a lovely looking hen.
I really like the pictures of the chickens wandering around in your yard. It looks like many of the houses in the village here.
