i got a tiny guy at a flock swap yesterday .. i had never seen such small little roosters.. they just called them bantams , but hes smaller than the bantams my grandmother once had.. and very friendly ..i googled and cant figure out if hes japanese or a serama..is there a big difference?
the main difference between the japanese bantam and serama is their stance. true seramas will have a very tall, prideful, puffed out chest look to them like they're tiny little lions. japanese bantams will have the same droopy wings that seramas have, but they walk like regular chickens. personally, though, i'm thinking your roo might be an old english game bantam.
